Your safety is paramount
Bromsgrove Dental Clinic work hard to ensure your visit is pleasant, effective, and most importantly a safe experience.
Many of the procedures and protocols that were routinely part of safe delivery of dental care are already well developed and practiced at Bromsgrove Dental Clinic. With the COVID19 pandemic we have upgraded many of these routines to ensure that we are offering you the latest safe dental environment.
When visiting the practice, we advise all patients over the age of 12 to wear a face mask which can be removed when seeing the dentist in the surgery. All patients are temperature checked on arrival and a series of coronavirus questions are asked, hand sanitiser is available throughout the practice and social distance markings are clearly marked out on the floor.
We ask all patients to attend alone where possible (exceptions are made for dependants and carers). Patients are asked to arrive on time for their appointments if you arrive late you may not be seen and asked to rebook.
Please do not attend the practice if you are feeling unwell, if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, continuous cough, temperature, loss of taste or smell please cancel your appointment and follow government guidelines.
Together we can accomplish anything...
